Access to Cinnabar Mansion

I know Cimnabar Island is accessible after 4th gym (and obviously after getting surf), but I'm not sure about Cinnabar Mansion. Tried help chat, but they say Cinnabar Island is not accessible after 4th gym, which I know that it is, which males them not thrustworthy.

 

The reason is because I want to do a PRO speedrun in a new account. xD

no is not a bug, you need the safron gym. At normal games the mansion is unlocked but the reason to have a guard saying u need the soulbadge at pro, is to make the game harder to players dont train inside the mansion and dont do the quest/find key before doin the saffron gym.

 

cinnabar is the 7gym , so you need to go back to saffron using a lemonade to pass. and defeat rocket /defeat gym .

 

this is the process u need to do at kanto speed run:

 

 

 

- pallet town->

viridian->

defeat rival->(go back to rivals mother at pallet if u lose)

viridian forest->

pewter town gym->

mt.moon->

defeat rocket and fossil maniac->

cerulean town->

nugget bridge ->

rt.25 (bills quest)->

cerulean gym->

ss.anne(vermilion) ->

vermilion gym->

digglet cave (get flash)->

back to cerulean->

rock tunnel->

lavander->

celadon go mart to last floor get lemonade at machine->

defeat rocket game corner and get eevee at machine->

defeat celadon gym->

go back to lavander->

enter at cubone house->

get poke flute inside tower->

wake up snorlax south of lavander->

go fushia and defeat gym ->

go beach defeat pikachu trainer and get surf at safari area 3->

go back to safron->defeat rocket at saffron->

(optional) go dojo ->

defeat gym at saffron ->

make your way to cinnabar->

get key at cinnabar mansion->

defeat cinabar gym->

go viridian->

defeat gionani at gym->

if you want to train in a place with high level wild pokes, seafoam would be a good place

there is a nurse at there too

if you want to skip some gyms, you can't, you still need to beat all gyms to enter victory road
