maximum 900 pokemons at a time

it's equal to the pokemons in your team plus the pokemons in the computer just fully fill the page 60 of the computer

In others words almost all.list Pokémons u cannot catch from Gen only for dex. About Croyonogal you can by event.

I would consider mewtwo uncatchable compared to mew because it has been revised in previous releases which makes it reach a legendary status but mew is attainable

At this point mew and top tier builds such as haunters hypnosis and dream eater

Haunter skill tree is what makes it unique and rare in status so i consider haunter within that realm
