why does it seem like its only the blue server that has issues lol, first it was down for three days while the other two were on and no reimbursement for 72 hr exp boost I lost and now I cant log into the blue server once again but the red and yellow can. is there a way I can swap my account from one server to another this is getting old

Hi there

 

Sorry for your inconvenience, but please keep in mind that there will always be crashes.

The maintenance greatly reduced the amount of server crashes we had in the past. Each server would crash 2-3 times a day in the past.

This all was done to improve your gameplay experience.

 

Recent statistics;

As the Yellow server didn't crash for 54 hours and the Red server didn't crash for 44 hours, we can conclude that the maintenance indeed helped reducing the amount of crashes.

 

As announced in the Discord;

The changes MIGHT do following things:

- Servers might be more stable now

- Rollbacks might be reduced now

- Ghost queue might be faster now

It's not guaranteed.

 

There is also no way to swap items and/or Pokemon from one server to another...

It was down for a bit more then 24 hours, not 72 hours, so.
