Are you playing in a computer or cellphone?

 

In a Windows if your browser doesn't open to donate , just install an optional explorer like chrome/firefox/opera and make it the "default/main brownser".

This will remove your "error".

 

If it is at cellphone , do the same thing, can be incompatibility with any function.
