is it possible to have aerodactyl and omastar before elite 4 kanto >? i have old amber and im lookin for helix fossil with dig but can it be possible in cinnabar for aerodactly?

Yes is possible to have kabuto o many te or aerodactyl before the elite 4, Kanto. Also do porygon. What u need to do:

Have a fossil item . From the story or digs spots or even bosses reward.

Revive the fossil at cinnabar. (remember is random every status u Revive at cinnabar).

For porygon you need to have a silver disk and is at one scientist same place at cinnabar.

As Voldis4 explained, you can have Fossil Pokemon before the Elite4. You need to have fossils in your inventory and revive them in Cinnabar Lab.
