Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip 2. Disable anti-virus program 3. Restart computer Mac UnZip Programs Suggestions 1. The Unarchiver 2. WinZip5 3. Keka 4. BetterZiip Others solution: Updated drive and reinstall Direct X Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles), and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client. If all the steps above do not work, could you paste the generated crash log within spoiler tags, if possible? Astraea Posted April 13, 2018 Share Posted April 13, 2018 Anything? :[Hi there, Apologies for the delay of reponse; could you make sure your system meets the minimum requirements to run PRO?:Minimum Requirements Operating Systems: Windows Vista+, Mac OS X 10.7+, Ubuntu 10.10+ Graphics Card: DX9 (shader model 2.0) capabilities; generally everything made since 2004 should work CPU Speed: 2Ghz+ Processor recommended Ram: 2GB+ recommended If so, could you try to do a fresh re-install of PRO? Additionally, try to add PRO to your antivirus/firewall exceptions, or turn both off while extracting the game. You may also try to run the game in administrator mode. Often times, this problem happens because of an improper installation; make sure when you open your PRO folder, you can see your UnityPlayer.dll file, as shown below: Let me know how these steps work for you.
