Me and a friend started playing together, he won 40 coins, but I did not. I would like to win them.

Hello , one question ,when do you just started to play this game? i can be wrong, but i think you dont get 40 by create a new account.

 

The 40 coins , that players gained was from announced,This is due to promotion, recent complaints and frequent server crashes.

This also:

"Active users will get an extension of MS and 40 coins due to frequent crashes and promotions.

However, there are some who did not receive them and are still wondering whether they will receive it or not. Those who did not receive the compensation are the one who has had past infractions like temp. banned, trade banned, mute banned etc. That is why some of you received the coins but not on the server that you played."

I started playing this game exactly 11 days ago. Me and my friend started together and I found it strange only him win the coins. So there's no way I can win them, right?

As Voldis4 explained, those who registered after a certain date did not receive the coins. People who have past infractions also did not get coins. Your friend's account might have been an alt.
