Cannot Climb the waterfall in Route 119A.

This waterfall should be climbable since there is an item lying above the waterfall.

I've tried it with

-> All Hoenn badges

-> with my Azumarill that knows Waterfall

-> Azumarill have Maximum happiness value.

Still Can't climb this waterfall

Hello. As far as i know theres a few waterfalls that you cannot use yet. That One of those . Because,in a old post , Said that route needs a map remake.
