I know it's hard when you encounter a problem but it will be solved in right time don't worry :)

I created a post some minutes ago but it was closed.

 

I already tried to merge my account into the new silver server in incognito (remember that I just have 1 account into blue server) bit still brings me to an error page. I already read all the FAQ guide abput the merge so please, don't link it thinking that it will solve me anything, it won't. I don't know what to do, I tried it all and I don't knpw if people that don't have different accounts in different servers have to merge too or not, this is so confusing.

 

If someone can help, that'd be great, thanks...

I've the same problem and I'am searching the solution from the 15

Merge tool is actually disabled :) Please wait until it's fully operationnal again and you will be able to proceed to your merge and play whenever the silver server will come back to the online internets world wide web in the world :p

does it look like this? if so I think its just a case of wait for the merge tool to be up and ready.

 

Yes, it's exactly that. So is it just a matter of time until the merge tool is fixed?

Exactly, i'm sure all the very competent staff is making it's maximum as we speak to shorten the waiting time of everyone :)
