After i merged my accounts ( merged the red and the blue with the red being my main) all my pokemons are gone..... What do i do to recover them?

    I merged and logged in and all my pokemon are gone...

    I still got all my badges, coins, mounts and the pokedex data, but all I have is a squirtle, a nidoran and a doduo

    I got the same Problem i merged with red as main and everything except my pokes are there all my pokes are gone. What to do?
