Im sorry for this inconvenience.

Could you tell me which message is appearing when you try to login on Silver? Right now it seems like you can not login because you have merged wrongly.

Login your account and you can see there is "Merge is required" in silver or gold server... click that..

and after that there is option 1 and option 2..

i choose option 1 and select my main account and click merge

done..
