I am stuck in the Bug catching area in Jotho. Can anybody help me? The refreshbutton didn't work for me.... It's the 3rd Time I can't to the catching event because of some troubles. I just wanna catch Pokemon (cry a lot)

Please help me =(

My Boyfriends says I am in Battle, but I am not. The client doesn't show it and the ride the bike music is playing. I can't move a pixel =(
