Im sorry for this inconvenience.

Could you make sure that you logged on the right server? Keep in mind that Red and Blue are Silver now and Yellow is Gold.

i can't login in to the Silver because i don't no why i got ban :(

And when i click "ban appeal" I have such a message "Merge failed! Your account was already or is currently being merged."

Okay, please appeal for your ban right here. Im pretty sure your progress is saved on the Silver server, the one you cant enter right now. Everything else will be clarified when your appeal is solved.
