How are the stats for lvl. 120 pokemons calculated ?

-> Do they use the standard formula for stat calculations like in https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Statistic ?

If so, do they have natures, IVs and EVs OR are the pokemons blank (No nature, all IVs 1 and EVs 0) ?

-> Let's assume they are maxed to the limit, how are the EVs spread? Is it random?

 

It would be helpful to know since you can make up your own strategies vs. a difficult boss with these informations.

im not sure about the nature, but bosses have 31 IVs across the board, and +100 EVs on every stat

The natures are random each battle from what I understand. So they are different for each boss each time you fight them.

It means they have 31 IVs per every stat, with 100EVs added on top as well.
