They have already discuss this before in other post. If you merge wrong server it can not be undone at this time. You have to use the acc you chose for now. Before you chose the account a display message to "choose carefully" and make sure you take the correct account would have displayed. Unfortunately you took the wrong one which cannot be undone yet. A: At the moment, there is nothing we can do for you; as stated in the merge option, This action cannot be undone. This is why we added a confirmation box to ensure that players would select their proper server. However, staff is looking into this to see if there is anything we can do for you; in the worst case scenario, you will need to do your story quest over again, but you should have kept your Pokemon and items. That is the answer you will get. There is NOTHING which can be done to reverse your selection of choosing the wrong server when you merged. I am sorry you didn't select the right server when merging but you will have to play from that server save. The reason you are not getting the help you wanted is because it doesn't exist. The staff cannot undo the mistake you did when selecting the server in which would become your new main account. We do not normally fulfill these requests, and like Spacemuffin and CheefSweetLeef mentioned, you would have been stuck with redoing your story and quest progress otherwise. This time, please select the Blue server as your main server; we will not be able to undo the process for you again, so please don't make the same mistake!
