I would like to ask about my old account. I created my account 1+ year ago and have not had logged in for about a year.

Today I tried to log in but I found out that my account did not exist.

Is it because of the fact that I was inactive for a year?

Could my account be reactivated?

Hello,

 

The server red and blue were merge into 1 the other day. They are now silver. You need to log into dashboard and merge the accounts there. That should fix the problem for you.

The account name of the non existing one is TheDarkSide95? Could you also tell me which message appears when you try to login, if possible with a screenshot.

It's ok. All I needed to do is the merge thing that CheefSweetLeef told me above.
