Since merge (I clicked on the merge Account Button today) I can't log in onto silver :O

Not sure if this is the right place to report it but I couldnt find anything to solve the problem.

I only can't login on silver (the merged one). It says "invalid pw or username", but i can login on gold with same pw and username which means my login is correct.

Those casual answeres are justified since they help in most of the times. It may be a bit annoing for you but it is the best way to solve your issue as fast as possible. :)

 

Q: I've already merged both my Red and Blue account but I'm still getting an "Invalid Password" error! What do I do?!

A: If you have already merged your data for the Silver server and get an "Invalid Password" error when logging in, please go ahead and change your password here, ensuring that it is alphanumerical.

 

You have already changed your password but please check if you really have done it at your Dashboard and also make sure its alphanumerical.

I didn't see the post tbh, so I chose a rndm PW and it wasn't alphanumerical. A link to the thread would have solved the problem earlier + would be an easy way to ask these questions with one post.
