Actually i am the old player of PRO and the server that i play is red.

However, after updating the PRO, the system told me that the account does not exist.

First i tried to reset my password through my email, but it can't help as system told me that it is a invalid email,

I tried to find out the history of my register email and the history shows me that the system had sent me a email (2 years ago (email for activate the account)

Than, i just used the same email to register the PRO account one more time, and it is successful... (with same account name and email address)

And the notification that i receive is two years ago, but the new register account is created in 27-4-2018....

So, does any one know how to fix it??

1: maybe your account was inactive and got a cleanup

2: did you tried merge the account?

i cannot login my old account, so i cant merge the account

and i have played in red service for around 80+hours, so my old account should be already activated, am i right?

The exact same thing happened to me. I didn't log in for a while and I came back today. I played many hours in Red server. I had lvl 85 pokemons ( if I remember correctly) and I was about to go fight the elite four. Now all I could see is log in in Silver and Gold server. I tried Gold and I came back at the beginning of the game with no pokemon and no money! I also went to see my account details. I couldn't see any information about my gameplay in Red server. It's as if my account was deleted...
