Watchtower Posted April 29, 2018 Share Posted April 29, 2018 Due to personal reasons I was not able to play PRO for about a month and today I came back and noticed that there has been a merge, that there are new servers and that I've lost my main account that was on red server. When I tried to log into silver server it said that the username or password is invalid and when i logged on gold server I was at the beginning of the game (idk whether that's blue or yellow server). Is there anything I(/you) can do as I really do not want to start again from the scratch. Fluffles Posted May 15, 2018 Share Posted May 15, 2018 Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server. With that said, if you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! You will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the Red server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. Also, will be moving this to the General Support section since this is not a bug.
