This is my first time playing and every time I try to click login on silver or gold server the window freezes and says not responding when I click again. I really wanna play but the game will just not let me in... I tried Windows 64 and 32 and neither worked... I'm in windows 10.

Im sorry for this inconvenience.

The importent part in your screen is the login message Connecting to Server.

Here is a quote out of our issue guide:

6. If after loading up the launcher (and after when you press the "Login" button) the message "Connecting to server" appears and afterwards the screen freezes and nothing happens you will need to completely close the client and open it again (it can happen 3-5 times). Also always check if the server is down!

 

Please try to do that and let me know if it works.
