I was playing this game back in 2017 and made purchases. I recently logged back in and everything was gone. I made a new character but wanted to see if there was anyway to get my old character back. I spent a good amount of money as well. Please help

    could you specify what you have lost (Items, game progress, Pokémon)? I took a look at your account and it seems to be fine. Make sure you logged into the right server. As reminder: Blue and Red are Silver now and Yellow is Gold now.
