Give me back my old account

I don't know what this Silver and Gold is about, but what I do know is that I was playing in the Blue server with my MAIN account (where I beat all 4 regions, woot, woot...).

And I was playing on the Yellow server with my second account, where I did nothing.

So I haven't played this game for like a month or 2, but when I came back, I wanted to log in. So, I logged in and... My main account is nowhere to be seen on the Gold server (Or Silver one idk, idc tho).

So I thought, let's try the other server... ''Username and Password Invalid''...

 

Sooooo... You guys actually deleted my main account, that's nice of you... But can I get it back or nah?

Hello,

 

Red and blue server have been merged to silver and yellow is gold. If you go to dashboard and merge the account it should let you continue. (Be 100% sure you select the account you want to keep)

If you can't log into Silver Server, you probably need to merge your Red & Blue accounts, you can merge them in the dashboard, make sure to select the right server as your main serverhttps://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/

We didn't delete your account info, actually, it's completely safe. The Red and Blue server has recently merged to make up the Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is now renamed as the Gold Server. Therefore, you will need to play on the Silver server if you wish to continue your Blue server progress. You will need to merge game data files from both servers in order to play on the Silver server. You have an option of keeping both accounts if you have 200h playtime on each save file.

 

Please note that even if you only played on one server, you will have to do the merge to remove the unused account from the server. You can do that on the dashboard. For more information regarding the merge, please read the Server Merge FAQ. Please note that some accounts will not be able to merge if you have more than 1000 Pokemon combined, or if you were banned on one of the servers; in this case, you will need to keep them as separate accounts.
