This was the only ha sync bulba i could find in 1 day of safari and its very hard to hunt since its tier 9 and needs ha and no repel trick and it being in safari as well D:

Sorry to tell you that but this one should worth almost nothing =S I'd say 30k max.

 

Try to do some headbutt in palet town to have a chance to get a bulba or try the daycare center in kanto if you already unlocked it.
