    Hey there and thanks for the suggestion. I have gone ahead and implemented this. Clear smog is only available via level up or egg move, so I was not able to implement a tutor/tm teacher of it in tutor heaven. Nonetheless, thanks for the suggestion, and I hope you have a great day!
