Welcome to PRO shy girl, since you just finished the second gym, still a long way for you to meet a vulpix, mostly they appear in the cinnabar mansion, good luck :Grin:

Vulpix can be found in the grass to the east of Celedon and to the west of Lavender (sorry, I don't remember the exact name of the routes)... It's either either of those locations or at least one of the two. So hopefully you got there by now haha :Smile:
