r9 270x card too and windows 10 .

Somebody told me in the in game chat that the bug is an issue with new drivers so maybe we have to wait for a driver update.

I confirm the problem is the AMD graphics card

 

i disabl my card AMD for play with chipset and my game stop crashed .

I have the same problem with r9 270x, how did you disable your card to play with chipset psychodis?

It happens a lot for me as well in more populated areas on the x64 and x32 clients.

I believe this is a fix since I haven't crashed at all after doing this method.

1: Open the game

2: Open Task Manager

3: Go to details tab

4: Find PRO64.exe or PRO32.exe if you're running the 32bit version

5: Right click it and click on Set Affinity. Run the game on 1 CPU. In my case CPU 0

If your CPU speed is slow then the game might lag.

 

Hope this works for those in desperate for a solution!
