Hello, I've returned to the game after a long break. 2 years or so. My pokemon are gone, and the items I had purchased are gone. I believe i bought a mount and some swag clothes. Is there any way I can get these back, most importantly the items I purchased with real money.

Please check your dashboard and make sure you merged the account you want to keep. Recently the red and blue server became silver and that is probably the issue.

Thank you, I just merged. As a noobie returning player which server is more populated silver or gold, and would I perhaps have the ability to switch over to gold for free one time?

I believe is Silver, because I always see more people there when I or someone else use Discord command check servers statuses. Plus Silver server is Red + Blue combined while Gold server is a Yellow server. So Silver for sure.

Well, I returned my friends but they're on the gold server. May I get switched over to gold since I couldn't merge directly to gold? If its a one way ticket I understand. I just would love to play with this character on gold.

Did you read what I said? MErge was about Red + Blue into one, so that's how Silver server born and Yellow server was renamed to Gold.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server. With that said, if you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! You will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts, if you haven't already. Although, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. Don't forget to select the right main server as well.

 

Now to answer your question about transferring servers, unfortunately you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). If you'd like to transfer servers, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic and its requirements can be found here for future reference. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand!
