Staff PRO I didnt play a long time because I had no time to play, but now I tried play and I had merging my two accounts but I cant connect on silver server, I receive message Invalid username or password and both accounts, but on gold server I can connect normally but my principal account is on silver, help me please, I see on forum another guys with the same problem but no answer, please help us

Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.

Ok, I will try change my password but the same password connect on gold server, and when I merge my account I receive the message Merge successfully

Hello there! I would like you to know that the Gold server is simply the Yellow server, so you shouldn't have any issues connecting on that server. Although on the Silver server, you may encounter issues like this due to the merge. Please let me know if changing your password fixes the issue!
