if I was using hack do not think me fool enough to continue using it after I banned 3 accounts in a row? and those that have more progress in the game? It has no logic ... but I have no choice but to wait for you to give your verdict if you believe me or not .. in case there is no way to remove my ban just have to leave the game. I hope you can solve my problem.

 

In any case it appears it is temporary and not permanent. You will have access to the account again on 5/20.

Hello there! First of all, the reason for your ban is a Severity 2 (S2) Infraction. You may want to read the Punishment Policy to familiarize yourself more with the punishable offenses. Next, the ban is actually a Temporary ban and you will be able to log on May 20th. You may create a ban appeal under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this is unjust. Furthermore, your other accounts have been banned because they are your alt accounts. Finally, I recommend that you censor out other sensitive information (eg. IP Address) on your screenshots for privacy.

The same thing happened to me and I presented my appeal, apparently we are not the only ones. The truth is that I have been banned unfairly and without evidence, I have not cheated
