Synchronize Box Item

Featured Replies

Few days ago I thought about a Synchronize Box Item, that'll be used to store the Synchronized Pokemon.

In my opinion, it could be useful and save a lot of time when you don't have the Subway system, or just like when you just want to switch your synch' pokemon when the game-time changes from Day to Night.

In order to illustrate quickly my idea, if you want to hunt Gligar on Route 227 with an Impish sync' and get it, instead of backing towards the Pokecenter you just open your Synchronize Box Item and change your synchronize pokemon.

I also thought about the way to get this Synchronize Item, here are my several ideas about it :

  1. Secondary Quest : Get all the non-neutral Synchronize (OT only or no). The NPC will not reward you from the Synchronize Box until you haven't show him all the Synchronize Pokemon
  2. Crafting Item : Gather certain kind of objects / fragments, and fuse them into that box.
  3. Reward : Could be a reward from the Celadon or Solaceon Quest, requiring 150+ IV on the pokemon, randomly generated

I also thought about it because I lose some times backing to Pokecenter to look for another Synchronize pokemon that I can't search fast. I think about people that have difficulty to reorganize their Computer.

I hope my idea has been clear enough, and for any question or any point I haven't mentioned, don't hesitate to ask me question so I can offer further reflexion and information if so.

Thanks for reading :)

This seems like something a little hard to add and other things are more important. You can have 6 pokemons in your party, that is 6 syncs you can carry with you at all times (or 5 + 1 false swiper).

I think improving the organizing system in the boxes would a better overall solution, so you can always keep your syncs in the same spot for quick grabs.

I like the possibility to check the pokemon I caught as they're directly added to the team. That's just something I thought about this point, not having to back to PC in order to check the Pokemon you've just caught.

You're right about the fact that it's not the most important stuff to think about, but I wanted to share that suggestion because I found it interesting. I find it more practical than having to back to PC and change your synch' . You can always have them on you wherever you are. There is also some roads that are far from PC, or you just decide at the last moment to change your target and didn't anticipated it. It'll offer more flexibilty for the hunters to switch targets without having to travel.

why?

No game in the history of ever has done this. Nintendo didn't even do that and they added stuff like ability capsule and shiny charm.

Synchronize isnt some be all and end all ability, It is there to aid you in hunting, that is it. There shouldn't be special things just to make it more convenient
