Upon reinstalling Pokemon revolution to my device, I haven't been able to log into my in game account. I've researched the issue, and nothing seems to come up for my problem. No stalling out of black screens, ect. I boot up the app, put in user name and password. Upon doing so it tries logging in but ends saying "Invalid username or password". Clearly that is not so, for i m on the forums here. Tried resetting my device, resetting password, redownloading/installing, and even putting the game on my cell phone. Mind you, the game works on my tablet and phone under a new account i used to test the issue.

 

Anyone run into this issue? Is there a fix? Thank you.

[FIXED] Apparently, some kind of guy where the in game password gets reset. To fix, log into dashboard n reset the password there. Thought I'd leave the info in case someone runs into the same problem.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here!

 

If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the Red server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress.

my client is up to date. And as far as dashboard, I can't even log in. It's as if my account (game side) doesn't exhist.
