I can't move any single one of my Pokémons, both in the pc and my party, and I can't change the order of the team, I need help

Hello @khaveesha this is a common bug , that is already reported this happen because of account merge.

 

There is three ways to fix this problem:

 

1- You can go to a pokecenter and trash the pokémons inside a pc.

2- Trade with a player/friend the pokémons you can't exhnage the order (other region) and then trade then back.

3- A staff member can do that for you.

Hi Khaveesha,

 

Seeing that you had two Pokemon that were supposed to be region-locked in your party, I've moved them to the PC for you. You should be able to swap your Hoenn Pokemon freely between your party and PC; can you have a look and confirm this for me?
