Hello there! If you paid 20k to borrow the Seaking, then the trainer you traded to is Baker420. You may add him in-game, if he is online, by doing /friend Baker420. You may also private message him when he is online by doing /pm Alhomese=-=Baker420. Nevertheless, I hope this has helped you identify the person you have traded with.

How to check if I have given them on rent

I also gave my lvl 100 Kingdra to Pro100zpolski for some other pokes... He asked me to give poke first and after he will give... Then neither he gave my poke nor his poke... Please help
