Stuck on loading map, please help.

Tried logging in to find I get stuck on loading map, tried both servers with the same issue, reinstalled on andriod and still occurs. I then tried on my mac and still stuck on loading map, also tried on freinds account and still stuck on loading map?

Any help would be great,
