I was trying to get back into PRO today, reset my password here and merged my account from red to silver. Now I cannot log back into the game as it keeps telling me my password is invalid, any thoughts?

Update: was able to log into gold server with no progress(prompted to create new character) but got the invalid password feedback with same password i used for Gold.

take a look a this quote out of our merge issue FAQ:

 

Q: I've already merged both my Red and Blue account but I'm still getting an "Invalid Password" error! What do I do?!

A: If you have already merged your data for the Silver server and get an "Invalid Password" error when logging in, please go ahead and change your password here, ensuring that it is alphanumerical.

 

You mentioned that you have already reseted your password but it may be not alphanumerical or any other mistake were made.

Please try it again and let me know if it works. :)
