Got sent out of safari after a lag...

Hi,

 

I just wanted to report that I was sent out of Hoenn safari after a game lag (or maybe crash). I entered the safari, played for 5 minutes, then the game stopped to provide any action. I could walk but nothing happened. No wild poke anymore, impossible to take items on the ground, nothing happened anymore. I was forced to restart the game, but of course i was sent out of safari...

 

The 5 minutes of safari were kind of expensive! :p

I don't really know what to do about it.

Im sorry for this inconvenience.

Unfortunately, when you enter the Safari and lose your connection in any way, that means by a lost internet connection, due a server crash, a lag or other things, you will be kicked out. This is basicly not a bug. We apologize any lost data because of a server crash or rollback but unfortunately we can not refund any lost money, items, Pokémon or game data at all.

 

Lost by crash issues (Including disconnections and rollbacks)

 

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

 

Once again, sorry, but there is nothing that can be done in your case.
