I'm sorry for the inconvenience. First of all, can I know your device's specification? Next, can you try to disable full-screen optimizations for the game? You can do that by:

1. Right-click the application, then click on Properties.

2. Click on the Compatibility tab and then tick the box that says "Disable fullscreen optimizations".

3. Click on Apply and Ok.
