I leveled a ratta too level 80 for the Hoenn Quest

 

but the boy say "hey this isnt yours"

 

but i caught it for my self

um dude your pokemon doesn't have an OT on the rattata, I don't think a staff member will change that for you and I recommend you go catch another one and train it unfortunately.

Sometimes it happens and we have to accept it, i dont know why too. Unfotunately, you have to catch a new one, really sorry about it.

And when you start train new one I recommend time to time check out if still has your OT.

Im sorry for this inconvenience.

Indeed, your Rattata has no OT shown but wasnt originally caught by yourself anyway. Admin´s do set OT´s in some cases like when the OT of a Pokémon is really needed - for a quest for example. As you are not the original trainer of this Rattata, it´s OT wont be changed as there is no significant reason for it.
