I recently merged my account and upon logging in, I can't move at all. I click my arrow keys and my ingame avatar looks around where i press my arrow keys but does not move. I am very confused I just wanna play pokemon. I have relogged and restarted my game many times and stuff still ain't workin. Please help.

try following steps, you can skip those steps you have alread done:

Stuck

 

▪︎ Try Alt+Tab

▪︎ Use an Escape Rope

▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter

▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar

▪︎ Log out, and then back in

 

In case nothing should help, let it me know and tell me if you have any Pokémon in your party.

Thanks! The escape rope worked, it teleported me a bit to the side since i was in a pokemon center but now I can move.
