Hi, I have a problem.

I had an account in the blue server and now when I download the update. I went to the gold servitor because I thought it did not change anything but it turns out that I can not enter my account before and now I have to start from the beginning.

Hello,

Blue and Red servers have merged and are now called Silver server, Yellow is renamed to Gold. Do not worry, your progress is not lost. All you need to do is merge your account.

Please check out the Server Merge FAQ in order to find out everything about it and how to do the merge.

In case you end up having an issue with merging, please read THIS THREAD.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to choose Blue server as your main server when merging, otherwise your story progress will be lost!

I will leave this thread open for now, in case you end up having problems with the merge even after following everything in the above linked threads.
