As stated in one of General Support's Sticky threads:

If you are able to see a "Logging in" prompt and it fades, please be patient as at this point, the client is attempting to establish a connection and/or will place your account in a temporary "ghost" queue. Afterwards, you will be placed into the server at a later time without being able to see the queue box. It happens when having many people join in server, so try to restart your client and try again. It can take 3-5 times for the queue to be shown.

ok I will wait but it's been 2 hours that I have not entered, thank you for your assistance, I hope that everything will be in order, thank you very much :)

 

You may also want to check with your internet provider and make sure everything's in place. Usually poor connection can cause this issue as well.

Hello!

 

Can you please try these steps mentioned below? These may assist you with your issue.

1. Add an exception to PRO in your Firewall and Antivirus.

2. Turn off VPN or Proxy if you are using one and if you aren't, try using one.

3. Reboot the computer.

4. Delete all of current PRO files and download the game again.
