Hi,

Sometimes, when I'm on the game, the game disconnects me and I do not know why, and it happens more and more often, so I would like a solution. This comes when I have to face a series of trainers and when the server disconnects me in combat, I reconnect in the pokemon center and I can not continue the game.

If that doesn't solve your issues, please try the following:

• Run the game in compatability mode

• Update your Display/Graphical Drivers

• Update your Windows Version

• Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus

• Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space

• Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager
