The Jirachi Quest is actually rather long. You'll have to do other tasks before you can head into the wish room on the Moon. You'll have to: -Get Jirachi, Castform, 3 Regis, Rayquaza, Kyogre, and Groudon dex data -Unlock the moon -Battle Latias then Latios after watching the news After doing all those, along with having all the Jirachi requirements, you can then head to the Moon and interact with the shiny stone to battle Jirachi.
