You can purchase membership medallion for varying lengths in the Coin shop. You can also buy membership medallions off of players in the in-game trade chat. Please take note that membership only lasts a certain amount of days, depending on the type of medallion that you activated. It is not permanent. Once you have the medal, simply activate it by clicking on it in your inventory.
