Changelog (7/17/19):

zapdos a -> a+

It's become clear that Zapdos is one of the strongest Pokemon in the current metagame. It has the ability to reliably Defog against common hazard setters like Excadrill, Ferrothorn, and Garchomp, while presenting a strong offensive threat with Electric / Fire / Ice coverage, all while customizing its EV spreads to handle specific Pokemon for its team. Zapdos is not a flashy Pokemon - it does not sweep entire teams or wall six Pokemon to oblivion, but it will always find a way to contribute, whether as a soft check to half the metagame on (semi)stall, a reliable pivot on offensive teams, or both, depending on the matchup, for balance.

Smeargle deserves to be in the A rank

Edited : or not

Smeargle is lower than conventional suicide leads due to its extreme weakness to Taunt and inability to do anything besides set hazards. The highest ranked suicide leads, such as Excadrill, Garchomp, and Mamoswine, are all threatening Pokemon after setting their hazards and can continue to provide value later into the game.

Can you add Aggron to the list? He gets high atk and def stats so I'm just guessing he's around a B.

Aggron gets no recovery and folds quickly to special attacks. Its low speed and plethora of weaknesses make it a poor choice compared to Pokemon like Scizor offensively and Ferrothorn defensively.

Well, I would say Lucario is A atleast and Rotom Wash is A+. Other than that, loved it!

Lucario is actually very good. It can easily one shot ferrothorn/blissey/chansey/clefable and one shot any defensive tanks after one swords dance. It can one shot mandibuzz and skarm at times after rocks damage after 1 sd. Lucario can be unstoppable after getting the swords dance. It's access to extreme speed lets it beat offensive mons easily after sd.

Rotom wash is a very good mon but it shouldn't be S. It has a great typing but it can't survive a lot. It's less HP makes it a mon that is rather A+ instead of S.

Changelog (4/29/20):

These updates are presented with the caveat that I myself have not been laddering lately, and therefore am currently a secondary source for information on the metagame.

Kommo-o UNR -> A-: Kommo-o shows promise with PRO's weak pool of Fighting-types, especially with its access to Stealth Rock, but its lack of power can prove detrimental.

Ribombee UNR -> C+: Sticky Web is niche. Very niche. Ribombee is almost indisputably the move's best user, but that isn't enough.

Kyurem UNR -> B: Kyurem is an acceptably powerful wallbreaker, but is held back by its weakness to Stealth Rock, poor defensive typing, and inability to get through Chansey.

Cresselia UNR -> C: Trick Room is bad. Cresselia is only playable on Trick Room. Therefore, Cresselia is bad.

Scolipede A -> B+ Baton Pass being banned means that Scolipede no longer defines an archetype. The Swords Dance set lacks sufficient power compared to other late-game cleaners.

Ninetales-Alolan C+ -> A- Aurora Veil becoming legal means that Hail is no longer relegated to meme status. While the optimal build for Aurora Veil has yet to be figured out, the archetype shows clear potential.

Uxie Recommended Natures [bold] -> [Relaxed]: Oversight. Trick Room is still bad.
