Hi,

I did the bike quest and when I got caught there I ended up talking to the wrong NPC and I lost 60k.

I thought he would give it to me for free.

Can someone help me?

After you catch Ditto and give it to NPC at Vermilion you get Bike Vouncher that makes Bike price drop from Million/s to 60k. So you thought completly wrong.

Only free land ride is Arcanine Quest, but in that quest you need catch 3 Pokémon and one of them is Dratini. And for non-MS players to be able catch Dratini needs meet requirements for Love Island and catch there or reach Dragon's Den in Johto and earn 8 badges to be able get back to Kanto.
