Hello, I have two questions regarding the account limit rules and would appreciate your clarification. Question 1: I currently have one active account and one account that has been banned. Does the banned account still count towards my total limit of 4 accounts? Question 2: We are two different players living in the same household, each using our own computer, but connected to the same internet (same IP address). In this situation, is the 4 account limit applied per person or per IP address? We would like to ensure full compliance with the rules before creating or using any additional accounts.
