PvP-usaged-based spawns could be an option in the future as well, it really depends of the time of year as a lot of players seemed to like the event-based spawns. Unfortunately its not possible to please everyone equally but I will suggest it for a time it may fit. A voting and rotational system as it was is unlikely to return but there are different ideas to improve Guild Island already. I am not sure if I understand you correctly as this has been already the case for the previous months now.
