Hi there, I'm new to this game. I created an account and downloaded the game on macOS last week. I have been able to log into the website without issue in all that time, but I've never been able to log into the game - I get "Invalid username or password" errors every time. I've tried both login options (silver login and gold login) with no success. I even tried changing my password today, and that did not help either. I would appreciate some support for this issue. Thanks!

Hello, I am reporting an issue regarding access to Shamouti Island. Yesterday, I was able to enter the island without any problems and I had already started the quest (I have already defeated one of the three birds). However, after leaving the island temporarily to visit a Move Relearner, I found myself unable to return. When I try to go back, I am denied access. I am aware there was a recent quest rework and Pokedex data deletion, but since I was already inside and progressing through the quest yesterday, this feels like a bug or an inconsistent permission check triggered by me leaving the map. Thank you for your help.

Hello @Kiriruga! Apologies for the issue you are experiencing. From our database, you traded your mount to your (potential) alt called Kirirugagang but unfortunately, I have a bad new for you. Latios mount was a coin shop mount until the 26th April of 2024 and now become a PvP Shop mount which means the normal non shiny mount are not tradeable, only the prestige Shiny mount are. I sincerely apologies for that. But there is different way to get a mount such as : -The Arcanine Farm Quest. More informations there - During many event, can be obtainable via quest, event coins etc.. - Buy it from other player in Trade chat. - PvE/PvP coin shop, here is a preview of every mount!
