Hello, I have beaten the Sinnoh Elite Four and Cynthia. My Pokédex shows approximately 1025 Pokémon, confirming the National Dex is unlocked. I have spoken to Professor Rowan in Sandgem Town and relogged multiple times. However, the Snowpoint City dock sailor only offers "Fight Arena" and does not provide the option to travel to Unova. What I have already tried: - Defeated Sinnoh E4 + Cynthia - Talked to Professor Rowan - Relogged multiple times - Verified National Dex in Pokédex Expected result: Snowpoint City sailor should offer “Travel to Unova”. Actual result: Only “Fight Arena” is available. Thank you for your help.

Hi @Bitterblade I have again changed server to silver to check the mailbox and again it is empty (this has cost me quite a bit of real money due to all the server changing requests and I still have to pay again to switch back to gold in total this is 4 times now the first time was free so I've paid 3 times) Below is image of mailbox in the silver server
